Kate Marshall, founder of KM Tourism is a passionate sales director with over 20 years’ experience in the tourism and hospitality industry for companies including Accor and Garuda. She has implemented national strategies and delivered distribution solutions across hotels and global travel accounts. Kate has doubled the market share of global strategic accounts and created motivated and award winning teams who have hit targets year on year. 

Kate has won numerous industry awards including the Young Australian Tourism Export Council award for the China and India strategy she wrote and implemented into the Accor network, in addition she led her team to win the NSW Premiers award for Asian Export and was recognised by Accor for her contribution, winning a Silver Bernache.

Kate's goal is to create a win win situation for the company and customer alike and with the evolution of distribution this is more prevalent than ever to have a strong understanding of the distribution chain. She has successfully moved accounts onto dynamic platforms and negotiated global contracts which have assisted in doubling market share.
